Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 ½ c plain yogurt
2 tbs ground flaxseed
1 tbs honey (or more to taste)
Directions:
Break up banana into a traditional blender or a Magic Bullet. Add yogurt, flaxseed, and honey. Blend ingredients together.
